What people ask before the call.
When can we start?
Usually we kick off 1-2 weeks after the first call. With a Launch contract, we deliver the first site draft within 14 days from kickoff.
Do you handle sensitive data (medical, legal, financial)?
Yes, with full GDPR compliance. We sign a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with any client handling sensitive data. All infrastructure runs on EU-based providers (Cloudflare, Supabase European region). Nothing is trained on your data.
Who owns the work?
You do. The code, the design, the content, the configurations — everything is delivered under perpetual license in your name. If you decide to leave, you take it all. No exceptions.
Can I cancel at any time?
After the minimum period (3 months on Growth, 6 on Authority), you can cancel with 30 days' notice. Before the minimum, you can also cancel — you pay only for what was consumed and we part ways without drama.
Do you work outside Spain?
We started in Spain because the local niche is our base. We accept clients in other EU countries case-by-case, especially Portugal, France, and Italy. We work in ES and EN; FR/IT/DE arrive when we grow.
What sectors do you accept?
Service-based SMEs with repetitive operations: clinics (dental, aesthetic, physiotherapy, optometry), professional firms (legal, accounting, architecture), private education, local agencies. We don't accept pure e-commerce, B2B SaaS, or early-stage startups.
What technologies do you use?
Frontend: Astro + Tailwind. Backend: Python (FastAPI) + LangGraph for agents. Database: Supabase (Postgres + pgvector). LLMs: Claude (Sonnet 4.6 by default, Opus 4.7 for complex tasks). Infrastructure: Cloudflare (DNS, Workers, Pages). Email: Google Workspace + Resend for transactional delivery. Modern, maintainable stack, no weird dependencies.
What if I'm not happy with the result?
Satisfaction guarantee on Launch: if after 30 days the work doesn't meet what was promised, we refund 100%. On retainers (Growth, Authority), you have 30 days to evaluate — if it doesn't work, you pay only for what was consumed and we leave without penalty.

- Bespoke by the hour. We work on closed projects, not by the hour. If we exceed our estimate, we absorb it.
- 24-month contracts. Maximum 6 months commitment. If you want out, you're out without penalty.
- Forty-page proposal decks. We audit your site in 5 minutes. If we don't convince you in 15, we don't call.
- Integrations with 2009 legacy software. We only work with modern stack. We don't rewrite your fifteen-year-old ERP.
- Work outside the niche. SMEs and professionals in Spain with repetitive operations. No pure e-commerce, no early-stage startups.
- Promises of "10x" or "radical transformation". We sell honest automation of real processes. The revolution we leave to others.
